"I started my career as a graphic designer and found my way onto the first rungs of the technology ladder when I established my own design agency in the mid '90s which subsequently specialised in developing websites.

My tech career flourished from there, holding senior technology positions in both the public and private sectors. I went on to consult in my specialisms of web and usability for a number of large corporates including Abbey and Cahoot.

We set up Ice Blue Sky to deliver marketing and technology hand-in-hand with both arms of the business having its own services and clients while supporting one another.

I still use my design skills overseeing Ice Blue Sky's creative output, but primarily oversee the technology and development functions of the organisation.

I also set up Guicy Technology that delivers a web-based application platform designed to make SaaS projects fast to deliver and scalable."

An industry marketer with 20 years working experience, including running marketing programmes for large technology companies, and more recently, heading up the marketing and events division at Ice Blue Sky.

I have thorough knowledge and experience of B2B marketing into a range of markets - particularly when it comes to deciding on marketing strategy, messaging and the marketing mix and the resulting ROI.

I have worked globally and have a deep understanding of international markets, and the challenges these can create for effective marketing programmes, particularly for US based start-ups in the UK.
