The Project

JK Tech, part of JK Group, which is one of the largest companies in the world, needed to establish a stronger presence in the UK and EMEA market. A BPO they had to build trust and credibility, leveraging some successful projects with large companies in the UK.

The Challenge

Relatively unknown, we had to create awareness and interest, opening up conversations with tier 1 brands.

Approach

We created the Digital Transformation Journey, taking prospects through education, awareness and interest stages using digital interaction tools, highly targeted social media and email campaigns, driving people to webinars and leveraging customer stories.

Outcome

By taking the prospect on a journey of discovery allowed us to pre-qualify through the answer and profiles they created. Telesales was more effective, evidence-based that drove greater relevance on follow up engagement. We achieved a 30% uplift in next stage engagements.
